General Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Nihal Soul Work & Academy (a sole proprietorship) under the following conditions:

The training program includes access to the online course and coaching sessions with Lotta Halvarsson. This agreement is binding.

As a student, you are required to pay the full cost of the training program, regardless of whether you choose to pay the total amount upfront or via an installment plan. In the event of non-payment, a collection fee will be applied, and the matter may be referred to the Swedish Enforcement Authority if necessary.

You are entitled to a refund within 5 days of registration—the date on which you made your first (or only) payment. If you decide to cancel your purchase within these 5 days, you are eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason. A processing fee of 150 SEK will be deducted from any such refund.

If it is determined that you are not an energetic match for the course, I will provide a full refund of the course fee.

Should you choose, for any reason, not to complete your studies, this does not constitute a valid basis for ceasing installment payments or receiving a refund of your investment. You are only entitled to a refund during the first five days following your registration.

It is illegal to copy, exchange, sell, or distribute any material included in this training program. You may not share your login credentials with others, nor may you teach the course content to others.

You are 100% responsible for the results you achieve through this course. Nihal Soul Work & Academy assumes no liability for the results that students achieve during the course. Failure to complete the course due to a lack of results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

If payment is not received, you will be immediately removed from the course and will no longer have access to the course materials or the right to participate in coaching calls with Lotta.

You are permitted to use all course materials for your own personal use. You may not use the course materials for marketing purposes or for any other form of financial or personal gain.

Upon full payment, you are granted indefinite access to the course materials.
